•   Subcontractor defaults on a 5-story, 192-unit multifamily development in Arizona, requiring schedule analysis and delay quantification.

•   A $40M new high school contractor default, requiring expert testimony in arbitration.

•   A breach-of-contract dispute on a 23-story casino in Colorado, requiring extensive claims consulting and reports assisting counsel.

•   Defending general contractors against subcontractor claims for additional compensation on numerous large projects.
